Every comedy festival hosts a number of line-ups, introducing you to new and upcoming artists you wouldn’t necessarily get to know otherwise. As will Lacht Comedy Festival! Our international line-up night more specifically, brings you Alfie Brown, Liz Miele and Pete Johansson – all in one unique night.
Alfie Brown (UK) is a phenomenal young talent. His firebrand style of comedy has been forged from years of pushing boundaries and experimentation. Natural stage presence combined with explosive material makes for a thrilling performance every time he hits the stage. His material touches on introspective thoughts and considerations of the human condition as well as broader observations on social-political issues. All done in an accessible and hilarious way.
Liz Miele (US) is no stranger to Comedy Central, Fox, The New Yorker, NY Times, The Guardian or any other given relevant media. Her joke about “Feminist Sex Positions” went viral and she has been touring the world ever since.
Pete Johansson (CAN) will be bringing his quick and intelligent arsenal of jokes for you as our evening’s comedy veteran. He has his first Netflix special coming up this summer and is know for his irreverent, brilliant and smooth like fine jazz style.
